摘要
文章简要阐述了Al-Mg-Si铝合金锻造制品裂纹缺陷产生的原因,分别从宏观形貌、微观组织和微区表面成分进行检测分析。结果发现,裂纹主要是由以Al为主的氧化皮和非金属夹杂造成的,夹杂的存在割裂了基体连续性。产生原因可能是非金属夹杂物或氧化皮在铝合金铸造过程中混入,夹杂物和含Si相在随后的加工变形过程中破碎,导致在基体内产生裂纹缺陷。
In this paper,the causes of crack defects in Al-Mg-Si aluminum alloy forging products are briefly described,and the macroscopic morphology,microscopic structure and micro-surface compositic are analyzed respectively.The results show that the cracks are mainly caused by Al oxide and non-metallic inclusions,and the existence of inclusions breaks the matrix continuity.The cause may be that non-metallic inclusions or oxide skins are mixed in the aluminum alloy casting process,and the inclusions and Si-containing phase are broken in the subsequent processing deformation process,resulting in cracks in the matrix.
