摘要
文章通过宏观形貌观测、金相组织观测、扫描电子显微镜及微区成分分析等多种分析手段,对6082铝合金型材在挤压时出现的表面黑线的产生原因进行了分析。结果表明,和非黑线位置相比,型材表面黑线位置表层晶粒较大,微区成分含大量的C、O元素。在生产验证中,确认了缺陷是由于挤压时型材表面温度过高,造成淬火水槽堵水工具过热甚至燃烧,燃烧产物吸附在制品表面造成。因此,在实际生产中,应改进挤压模具,优化生产工艺并改进淬火工装,加大过程监控力度,避免此类缺陷产生,造成制品不合格。
In this paper,the causes of the black lines on the surface of 6082 aluminum alloy profiles during extrusion are analyzed by various analysis methods such as macroscopic morphology observation,metallographic structure observation,scanning electron microscope and micro-area composition analysis.The research results show that,compared with the non-black line position,the surface grains of the black line position on the profile surface are larger,and the micro-domain composition contains a large amount of C and O elements.In the production verification,it is confirmed that the defect is caused by the high temperature of the profile surface during extrusion,which causes the water plugging tool of the quenching tank to overheat or even burn,and the combustion product is absorbed on the surface of the product in process.Therefore,in actual production,the extrusion die should be improved,the production process should be optimized and the quenching tooling should be improved,and the process monitoring should be strengthened to avoid such defects,resulting in unqualified products.
