摘要
本文以3mm厚度的6082薄板型材为研究对象,研究了不同MIG焊接电流强度对型材样品力学性能和宏/微观组织的影响规律,得到以下结论:受焊缝输入热量及合金成分变化的影响,焊接后硬度曲线呈类“W”型分布;随焊接电流增大,焊缝熔深及熔合比逐渐加大,焊接后型材屈服强度、抗拉强度及延伸率增大;焊缝中心区晶粒为典型的铸态等轴晶,晶粒尺寸随电流的增大而增大,交界处晶粒主要为柱状晶;焊接后焊缝产生的孔洞限制了总体焊接性能的提升。
In this paper,3mm 6082 thin plate profile was used to study the influence of MIG welding current on mechanical properties,macrostructure and microstructure.The following conclusions were obtained:the hardness curve after welding is a class"W"type distribution which influenced by the heat input to the weld and changes in alloy composition.With the increase in welding current,the weld depth of fusion and fusion ratio gradually increased,the yield strength,tensile strength and elongation of the welded profile increases.Welded joint center for the typical cast equiaxial crystal,grain size increases with the increase of current,the junction of the grain is mainly columnar crystal.The holes in the weld after welding limit the improvement of the overall welding performance.
