摘要
针对不规则圆台建筑多种类复合幕墙的施工需求,对幕墙深化设计及节点定位进行分析,通过BIM技术应用以及Rhino+Grasshopper的参数化建模,实现钢结构及幕墙的设计、制作和安装,以及幕墙板块的数量确定及节点的准确定位,有效解决玻璃瓦陶板瓦幕墙、铝板幕墙及光伏幕墙等多种类复合幕墙的施工难点。该施工技术高效可靠,使得项目达到了绿色建筑标准,并在施工进度、安全及材料节约等方面具备一定优势。
In view of the construction demand of multi-type composite curtain wall of irregular round-table building,this paper analyzes the curtain wall deepening design and node location,through the application of BIM technology and the parametric modeling of Rhino+Grasshopper,to realize the design,fabrication and installation of steel structure and curtain wall,as well as the determination of the number of curtain wall plates and the accurate location of joints,it effectively solves the construction difficulties of many kinds of composite curtain walls,such as glass tile ceramic tile curtain wall,aluminum plate curtain wall and photovoltaic curtain wall.The construction technology is highly efficient and reliable,which makes the project reach the green building standard and has certain advantages in construction progress,safety and material saving.
