摘要
为了进一步提高煤矿井下带式输送机的安全性和稳定性,设计了一种智能检测装置——智能巡检机器人。详细介绍了智能巡检机器人的系统结构、各子系统的原理结构和关键技术参数。经由现场实际应用后,可以明显看出带式输送机在工作过程中的稳定性得到了很大程度的提升,降低了巡检人员的数量,取得了较为理想的效果。
In order to further improve the safety and stability of the belt conveyor in the underground coal mine,an intelligent inspection device-intelligent inspection robot is designed.The system structure of the intelligent inspection robot,the principle structure of each subsystem and key technical parameters are introduced in detail.After the actual application in the field,it can be clearly seen that the stability of the belt conveyor in the working process has been greatly improved,reducing the number of inspectors,and achieving more satisfactory results.
