摘要
在分析砂浆渗透仪的原理结构和总结建设工程标准对砂浆渗透试验要求的基础上,列出了砂浆渗透仪的外观与结构、系统通畅性与密封性、各项压力误差,以及套模尺寸等各项计量性能要求。针对砂浆渗透仪的各项计量性能提出了相应的校准方法,通过校准试验验证了校准方法的可行性,并对压力误差和尺寸测量的不确定度进行了评定,为砂浆渗透仪的计量校准提供了一个参考方法。
On the basis of analyzing the principle and structure of mortar penetrameter and summingup the requirements of construction engineering standards for mortar penetration test,the appearance and structure of mortar penetration meter,system patency and sealing,various pressure errors,as well as the size of the mold and other measurement performance requirements have been listed.The corresponding calibration method for the measurement performance of mortar penetrameter has been put forward,whichcanverify the feasibility of the calibration method through the calibration test,and evaluate the uncertainty of pressure error and size measurement,which couldprovide a practical reference method for the measurement and calibration of mortar penetrameter.
