摘要
随着虚拟现实技术的广泛应用,相关研究也不断涌现。本文基于用户心理与行为视角梳理相关文献发现,目前研究内容主要集中在两个层面:一是从用户维度理解虚拟现实技术的使用动机与技术采纳行为;二是从虚拟现实维度理解该技术对用户心理行为的影响效果与作用机理。此外,关于虚拟现实技术影响效果的中介变量如临场感、社会互动、沉浸感等概念也被不断提及。在研究思路方面,大体呈现出技术具身与主体回应的特征,其中技术具身体现在对真实环境的模拟及其对个体身体器官的直接触及,主体回应则体现在用户的能动性和影响机制的复杂性,故未来相关研究应在加大对新兴虚拟现实技术研究的同时,增加相关中介变量和调节变量的研究,拓展已有研究模型。
With the widespread use of virtual reality technology,related research has been emerging.This paper combs through the relevant literature Based on the perspective of user psychology and behavior,and finds that the current research mainly focuses on two levels:first,understanding the motivation and adoption behavior of virtual reality technology from the user dimension;second,understanding the effect and mechanism of the technology s impact on user psychology and behavior from the virtual reality dimension.In addition,concepts such as immersion,social interaction,and immersion,which are mediating variables of the effect of virtual reality technology,have been constantly mentioned.In terms of research ideas,the characteristics of technological embodiment and subject response are generally presented,in which technological embodiment is now the simulation of the real environment and its direct touch on individual body organs,while subject response is reflected in the user s motivation and the complexity of the influence mechanism,so future research should increase the research on emerging virtual reality technology and also increase the research on relevant mediating variables and moderating variables to expand the existing Research models.
