摘要
目的探讨心理护理干预在口腔正畸患者治疗中的价值。方法选取我院2022年1月至2022年12月口腔正畸患者50例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组25例与研究组25例。对照组患者行常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上给予心理护理干预。比较两组不良反应发生率、遵医率、焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活状态评分、护理满意度等情况。结果研究组的护理满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。研究组的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活状态评分比对照组高(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组遵医率高于对照组,(P<0.05)。研究组焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)、抑郁自评量表评分(SDS)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸患者实施心理护理干预效果确切,能够减轻患者的不良情绪,提高患者的遵医行为,提高躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活状态和护理满意度,减少不良反应。
Objective To explore the value of psychological nursing intervention in the treatment of orthodontic patients.Methods Fifty patients with orthodontics in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into a control group of 25 patients and a study group of 25 patients using a random number table method.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the research group received psychological nursing intervention based on the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions,compliance rate,self rating anxiety scale scores,self rating depression scale scores,physical function,psychological function,social function,material life status scores,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,psychological function,social function,and material life state in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of psychological nursing intervention in orthodontic patients has a definite effect,can alleviate the adverse emotions of patients,improve their compliance behavior,improve their physical,psychological,social,and material life status,and nursing satisfaction,and reduce adverse reactions.
