摘要
目的探讨护理干预对正畸治疗中牙釉质脱矿的影响和相关预后情况。方法抽取2018年10月至2019年11月于我院接受正畸治疗的82例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41例,观察组采用优质护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组的预后效果。结果观察组患者治疗依从性、牙釉质脱矿发生率、护理后牙周袋深度、前牙覆盖、颌覆深度、出血指数、牙槽骨高度相关指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在进行口腔正畸治疗的过程中为患者配合优质护理干预,可有效提高患者的治疗依从性,降低牙釉质脱矿的发生率,显著改善患者的预后。
Objective To study the effects of nursing interventions on enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment and related prognosis.Methods From October 2018 to November 2019,82 patients who received orthodontic treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 41 cases in each group.The observation group used high-quality nursing care,and the control group used conventional nursing care,to compare the prognostic effects of the two groups.Results The observation group patients'treatment compliance,incidence of enamel demineralization,periodontal pocket depth after nursing,anterior tooth coverage,jaw depth,bleeding index,and alveolar bone height related indicators were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention of patients with high-quality nursing methods during orthodontic treatment can effectively improve the compliance of patients,reduce the incidence of enamel demineralization,and effectively improve the prognosis of patients.
