摘要
目的探讨叶氏益肾降糖方对早期脾肾阴虚夹瘀型糖尿病肾脏病患者肾功能及氧化应激的影响。方法选取本院2021年5月~2022年4月就诊的107例早期脾肾阴虚夹瘀型糖尿病肾脏病患者,随机分为两组,对照组52例,中药组55例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,中药组采用常规西医联合叶氏益肾降糖方治疗,治疗24周。治疗后对两组的尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio,UACR)、肾小球滤过率估算(estimated glomeruar filtration rate,eGFR)、治疗有效率、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)水平进行比较。结果经治疗后,中药组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);中药组的UACR低于对照组(P<0.05);中药组eGFR、SOD水平高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论叶氏益肾降糖方能够减少早期脾肾阴虚夹瘀型糖尿病肾脏病的尿微量白蛋白,升高SOD水平,保护肾功能,其作用机制可能是通过改善氧化应激反应而发挥作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of YE’s Yishen Jiangtang Prescription on re⁃nal function and oxidative stress in early diabetic kidney disease patients with spleen and kid⁃ney Yin deficiency complicated with blood stasis.Methods A total of 107 early diabetic ne⁃phropathy patients with spleen and kidney Yin deficiency complicated with blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups,52 in the control group and 55 in the Chinese medicine group.The control group was treated with conventional western medical treatment.The Chinese medicine group was combined with YE’s Yishen Jiangtang Prescription on the basis of the con⁃trol group for 24 weeks.After treatment,the effective rate,urinary albumin⁃to⁃creatinine ratio(UACR),estimated glomeruar filtration rate(eGFR)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the Chinese medi⁃cine group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the UACR in the Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),eGFR in the Chinese medicine group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of SOD in the Chinese medicine group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion YE’s Yishen Jiangtang Prescription can reduce UACR,increase SOD level,improve renal function in patients with early diabetic kidney disease,and the improvement of oxidative stress may be an important action mechanism for its curative effect.
