基于结构方程模型的临床医学生批判性思维倾向和探究的影响因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探索临床医学生批判性思维倾向和探究的影响因素及各因素之间的路径关系。方法:采用自填式调查问卷,共回收307份有效问卷。采用结构方程模型研究影响因素及路径关系。结果:家庭因素、高中学习经历以及是否认为医学工作需要批判性思维是医学生批判性思维倾向的影响因素;家庭因素、课外阅读、批判性思维倾向以及是否认为医学工作需要批判性思维是影响医学生探究的因素。结论:医学教育改革应充分重视课外阅读、课堂教学模式的转变以及批判性思维教育与医学教育的结合。
