摘要
目的探索肝胆外科临床实习教学活动中,网络辅助临床案例问题为导向(CBL-PBL)的教学模式提高临床思维能力的教学效果。方法选取2020年9月至2021年4月在首都医科大学宣武医院肝胆外科病区实习的临床医学系5年级医学生50名作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各25名。研究组采用网络辅助CBL-PBL教学模式,包括网络化的组织管理、CBL为基础的教案设计、PBL为中心的教学实施和网络化课后管理。对照组采用传统教学模式。比较两组学生对临床思维能力学习的满意度。使用临床思维能力教学评估量通用量表评分评估临床思维教学效果。结果研究组学生对临床思维能力教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组学生批评思维、系统思维、循证思维及临床思维能力及总分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用网络辅助CBL-PBL教学模式,在临床医学生肝胆外科的实习中,可以提高学生满意度,改善临床思维能力教学效果,值得深入研究、完善和推广。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of Web-based case-based learning problem based learning(CBL-PBL)teaching model in clinical practice teaching activities of hepatobiliary surgery.Methods From September 2020 to April 2021,50 fifth grade medical students from the Department of Clinical Medicine,the First Clinical Medical College of Capital Medical University were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 25 students in each group.The study group adopted the network assisted CBL-PBL teaching mode,including network organization and management,CBL-based teaching plan design,PBL-centered teaching implementation and network after-school management.The control group used the traditional teaching mode.The students’interest and satisfaction in clinical thinking ability were compared between the two groups.The clinical thinking teaching effect was evaluated by the general scale of clinical thinking ability teaching assessment.Results The students’satisfaction of teaching clinical thinking ability in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The total scores and critical thinking,systematic thinking,evidence-based thinking,and clinical thinking in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of Web-based CBL-PBL teaching mode in clinical medical students’practice of hepatobiliary surgery can improve students’satisfaction and learning interest,and obviously improve the teaching effect of clinical thinking ability,which is worthy of further study,improvement and promotion.
