新型冠状病毒灭活疫苗接种后血清抗体水平调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的调查分析健康个体接种新型冠状病毒(简称新冠病毒)灭活疫苗后血清IgG抗体与中和抗体水平。方法选取2021年1月至2022年2月在复旦大学附属中山医院接种新冠病毒灭活疫苗的健康个体141名及同期未接种疫苗的健康个体12名纳入研究。采用磁微粒化学发光法检测新冠病毒IgG抗体及中和抗体水平并评估其影响因素。结果接种不同剂次(0、1、2、3剂次)新冠病毒灭活疫苗个体的新冠病毒IgG抗体水平分别为0.21(0.11,0.31)、1.41(1.19,13.73)、4.02(1.70,7.45)、64.49(37.51,124.84)AU/mL,新冠病毒中和抗体水平分别为1.28(1.08,1.47)、10.76(2.98,16.74)、5.48(0.73,15.55)、164.84(80.54,476.49)AU/mL。完成3剂次新冠病毒灭活疫苗接种的个体以最后1剂次接种时间间隔0~100、>100~200、>200~300 d不同分为3组,新冠病毒IgG抗体水平分别为161.18(112.10,262.73)、60.52(39.92,118.46)、46.55(28.54,89.56)AU/mL,新冠病毒中和抗体水平分别为493.02(408.47,1305.81)、135.54(92.49,477.77)、120.03(57.91,301.87)AU/mL。新冠病毒灭活疫苗接种剂次和最后1剂新冠病毒灭活疫苗接种时间间隔与新冠病毒IgG抗体水平及中和抗体水平相关(P<0.05)。结论新冠病毒灭活疫苗诱导的体液免疫水平受到接种剂次的影响,并且随着时间的推移而逐步衰减。 Objective To investigate the serum IgG antibody and neutralizing antibody levels against SARS-CoV-2 of healthy individuals after inoculation with SARS-CoV-2 inactivated vaccine.Methods From January 2021 to February 2022,141 participants who were vaccinated with SARS-CoV-2 inactivated vaccine and 12 participants who were not vaccinated in Zhongshan Hospital,Fudan University were included into this study.The levels of serum IgG antibody and neutralizing antibody levels against SARS-CoV-2 were detected by chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassays and the influencing factors were evaluated.Results The levels of serum IgG antibody against SARS-CoV-2 of participants vaccinated with different inoculum times(0,1,2 and 3 doses)of SARS-CoV-2 inactivated vaccine were 0.21(0.11,0.31),1.41(1.19,13.73),4.02(1.70,7.45)and 64.49(37.51,124.84)AU/mL respectively and the levels of neutralizing antibody against SARS-CoV-2 were 1.28(1.08,1.47),10.76(2.98,16.74),5.48(0.73,15.55),164.84(80.54,476.49)AU/mL respectively.The participants who completed 3 doses of SARS-CoV-2 inactivated vaccine were divided into three groups according to the interval after the last dose of vaccine(100,>100-200,>200-300 d).The levels of serum IgG antibody against SARS-CoV-2 were 161.18(112.10,262.73),60.52(39.92,60.52)AU/mL respectively,and the levels of neutralizing antibody against SARS-CoV-2 were 493.02(408.47,1305.81),135.54(92.49,477.77),120.03(57.91,301.87)AU/mL respectively.The inoculum times of SARS-CoV-2 inactivated vaccine and the interval of the last dose of inactivated vaccine were correlated with the serum IgG antibody level and neutralizing antibody level against SARS-CoV-2(P<0.05).Conclusion The humoral immunity response induced by SARS-CoV-2 inactivated vaccine affected by inoculum times,and gradually decline over time.
