摘要
随着经济的发展,人们对物质生活的要求不断提高,当食品企业在创新发展时,食品加工的深度也不断扩展。文章从食品加工中存在的安全问题着手,结合安全管理的现实挑战,研究食品加工的安全管理策略,为食品企业的可持续发展和人们的健康安全提供保障。
With the development of economy,people’s requirements for material life are constantly improving.While food enterprises are innovating and developing,the depth of food processing is also constantly expanding.Starting from the safety problems existing in food processing,combined with the practical challenges of safety management,this paper studies the safety management strategy of food processing,in order to provide guarantees for the sustainable development of food enterprises and people’s health and safety.
