摘要
目前我国食品企业实行生产许可准入制度,本文从核查人员的视角,介绍了食品生产许可现场核查工作的流程及方法技巧,以期为建设高水平、职业化的生产许可核查及监管队伍提供技术指导,同时能够提高食品生产企业管理人员的合规管理水平。
At present,China’s food enterprises implement a production permit access system.This article introduces the process,methods,and skills of on-site inspection of food production permits from the perspective of inspectors.It aims to provide technical guidance for building a high-level and professional production permit inspection and supervision team,while also improving the compliance management level of food production enterprise management personnel.
