摘要
目的 探讨微课结合翻转课堂教学法在牙周疾病本科教学中的应用。方法 对绍兴文理学院所有五年制临床医学专业本科2017~2019级三年级学生采用微课结合翻转课堂的教学模式,开展牙周疾病课程教学,课程结束后通过问卷调查评估学生对微课结合翻转课堂教学法的认可度和接受度。结果 问卷调查显示:超过85.00%的学生对微课结合翻转课堂教学法具有较高的满意度和认可度,但有6.45%学生提出微课结合翻转课堂教学法不能完全取代传统课堂讲授法。结论 针对临床医学专业本科生的口腔科学教育课程实行微课结合翻转课堂法,能够提高学生学习主动性,增强学习效率,锻炼团队协作和沟通等综合能力,也能极大提升临床诊疗的思维能力。
Objective To explore the teaching effects of micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom teaching mode in the clinical medical specialty of periodontal diseases teaching.Methods A total of 93 students from the 5-year clinical medical specialty of grade 2017 to grade 2019 were taught by micro-lecture combined with flipped class⁃room teaching mode in the form of theory combining with practice in oral science courses.The questionnaire survey was conducted after the course of the teaching to evaluate the students’recognition and satisfaction with the micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom teaching mode.Results The questionnaire survey shows that more than 85.00%of the students had a high degree of satisfaction and recognition of the micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom teaching method.However,6.45%of the students suggested that the micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom teaching meth⁃od cannot completely replace the traditional classroom teaching method.Conclusion For undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine,the micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom teaching mode can improve students'learning initia⁃tive,enhance learning efficiency and comprehensive abilities such as teamwork and communication,and greatly improve their thinking ability in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
