一株野生猴头菇的生物学特性及栽培模式研究

摘要 以野生猴头菇菌株作为试验材料,对其进行生物学特性及栽培模式研究。结果表明,菌丝的最适碳源为葡萄糖,最适氮源为酵母浸粉,最适生长温度为20℃,最适微量元素为0.15%KH_(2)PO_(4)+0.1%MgSO_(4)(补充微量元素K和Mg),最优栽培模式为棚内立体床架摆放式栽培。子实体纵长6~12 cm,子实体横长8~13 cm,子实体紧实成白色,圆形或猴头形,菌刺长,菌丝抗杂能力强,单朵鲜重210~275 g,平均鲜重250 g,生物学转化率为108.70%,适宜人工栽培。 Using wild Hericium erinaceusstrains as experimental materials,the biological characteristics and cultivation patterns were studied.The results showed that the optimal carbon source was glucose,the optimal nitrogen source was yeast extract powder,the optimal growth temperature was 20 C,and the most suitable trace elements is 0.15%KH_(2)PO_(4)+0.1%MgSO_(4),the optimal cultivation mode is three-dimensional bed frame placement cultivation in the shed.The length of the fruiting body is 6~12 cm,horizontal length of the fruiting body is8~13 cm,The fruiting body is compact,white,round or monkey head shaped,the stingers are long and the hyphae are highly resistant to impurities,fresh weight of single flower is 210~275 g,the average fresh weight is 250 g,the biological conversion rate was 108.70%,suitable for artificial cultivation.
