摘要
以奶油硫磺菌作为试验材料,对其生物学特性进行研究。结果表明,菌丝的最适生长条件为pH8,最适生长温度为30℃,最适碳源为葡萄糖,最适氮源为麦麸汁,最适微量元素源是0.15%KH_(2)PO_(4)+0.1%MgSO_(4)。各因素对菌丝的影响程度为pH>温度>碳源>氮源。
Using Laetiporus cremeiporus strains as the experimental material to study its biological characteristics.The results showed that the optimal growth condition for the hyphae of Laetiporus cremeiporus under the test condition were pH8.0,the optimal growth temperature was 30℃,the optimal carbon source was glucose,the optimal nitrogen source was wheat bran and the most suitable trace element source are 0.15%KH_(2)PO_(4)+0.1%MgSO_(4).The degree of various influence factors on the tiger palm fungus is p H>temperature>carbonsource>nitrogen source.
