摘要
CSP菌株属担子菌亚门(Basidiomycotina)鬼伞属(Coprinus),它的发酵产物对有代表性的几种革兰氏阳性菌(Gram-positivebacteria)和革兰氏阴性菌(Gramnegativebacteria)以及支原体(Mycoplasma)均有抗菌活性.发酵物经不同温度的热处理,其抗菌活性保持稳定,在紫外光下照射48h后,其抗菌活性也未降低.发酵产物经萃取分离后得到白色结晶体,并对它进行了紫外光谱与红外光谱的性质测定.
CSP strain belongs to Basidiomycotina Coprinus.Its fermentative product is extremely active against gram-positive bacteria,such as Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus, Sarcina lutea and Bacillus cereus as well as such gram-negative bacteria as Klebseilla pneumoniae and Escherichia coli.Mycoplasmas have also been found to be quite susceptible to this fermentative product.On the other hand, molds are proved to be naturally resistant to the CSP fermentative product.After extracting with the fermentative product, white crystals were obtained.UV spectrum showed that the absorption curve of them were at 240nm, and IR spectrum at 3350cm-1, 1720cm-1, 1450cm-1, 1210cm-1, 760cm-1.
