摘要
文得根水利枢纽施工期洪水预报方案通过开发专用工具软件进行构建,根据水情测报系统设计选取预报依据站,结合地形及水系进行流域分块和划分计算单元,选择三水源新安江水文模型为产流模型,流域坡面汇流选用滞后演算法,河道汇流选用马斯京根分段连续演算法。针对流域水文资料缺乏,难以开展模型参数率定工作,采用参数移用和汇流时间估计等办法,实现了模型参数初步设置。经过4个汛期实际预报应用,取得良好成效,多个实时洪水预报案例表明该方案具有合理性与实用性。
By developing special tools for building software,combined with the terrain and drainage basin block and dividing cell,and Xin‘An Jiang hydrological model for the runoff yield model,water basin slope surface flow lag algorithm,as well as the Muskingum piecewise continuous calculus model for river confluence,Wendegen Water Control Engineering Project,the flood forecasting scheme design selected forecast according to the station.In view of the lack of hydrological data of the basin,it is difficult to carry out the calibration of model parameters.Parameter shifting and confluence time estimation are adopted to realize the initial setting of model parameters.Through the practical application of flood forecasting in 4 seasons,good results have been achieved.Several cases of real-time flood forecasting show that the scheme has certain practicability.
