某高烈度区超高层建筑结构体系比选分析 被引量:1

摘要 基于某高烈度区工程实例,针对工程特点,对框架-核心筒混合结构、框架-核心筒混凝土结构和密柱框架-核心筒混凝土结构3种结构体系进行比选分析。通过3种不同结构体系的各项整体指标对比,结合建筑功能、经济性及设计施工周期影响进行综合比较,结果表明,在建筑平面及设计周期允许的情况下,密柱框架-核心筒结构在抗侧效率、建筑使用效率和经济性方面均优于框架-核心筒混合结构和框架-核心筒混凝土结构,可供高烈度区类似工程参考。 Based on the engineering example of a high-intensity area,according to the engineering characteristics,the three structural sys-tems of frame-core tube mixed structure,frame-core tube concrete structure and dense column frame-core tube concrete structure were com-pared and analyzed.Through the comparison of the overall indicators of the three different structural systems,combined with the functional impact,economy and design construction period impact,the results show that the dense column frame-core tube structure is better than the frame-core tube hybrid structure and the frame-core tube concrete structure in terms of anti-side efficiency,building efficiency and economy under the condition of building plan and design cycle,which is used for reference of similar projects in high intensity areas.
