摘要
框筒结构具有造型美观、实用灵活、受力合理以及整体性强的特点,在超高层建筑中得到了广泛应用。首先介绍了框筒结构的起源与发展;然后结合其受力特点介绍了其特有的“密柱深梁”的结构形式;最后通过对实际典型框筒结构案例受力特点的分析,论述了框筒结构在当前超高层建筑中的回归与演绎。结果表明:为满足建筑采光及通透性的建筑效果,采用开洞率较大的密柱框架,与核心筒组成“密柱框架+核心筒”结构体系,形成双重抗侧力体系,在增加结构适用高度的同时,也可以呈现良好的建筑视野效果。同时,为了追求室内无柱的效果,将密柱框架中的框架梁与框架柱内平,可以实现建筑与结构的完美统一。
The frame-tube structure has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, practical flexibility, reasonable stress and strong integrity, it has been widely used in super high-rise buildings. Firstly, the origin and development of the frame-tube structure was introduced. Then, its unique "dense column and deep beam" structural form was introduced in combination with its force characteristics. Finally, through the analysis of the force characteristics of the actual typical case of frame-tube structure, the return and interpretation of the frame-tube structure in the current super high-rise buildings were summarized. The results show that in order to meet the architectural effect of building lighting and permeability, a dense column frame with a large opening rate is usually used to form a "dense column frame-core tube" structural system with the core tube, forming a dual lateral force resistance system, which increases the applicable height of the structure, at the same time, it can also present a good architectural vision effect. In order to pursue the effect of no column in the interior, to align the frame beam with the inner side of the frame column can achieve the perfect unity of architecture and structure, which can realize the perfect unity of the building and the structure.
