框架-剪力墙结构双重抗侧力体系设计方法研究进展及展望 被引量:6

摘要 近年来,框架-剪力墙结构作为一种双重抗侧力体系,得到了越来越广泛的应用。基于国内对框架-剪力墙结构双重抗侧力体系的研究,总结了框架-剪力墙结构在框架倾覆力矩的计算、框架二道防线剪力调整及大震弹塑性性能等方面的成果,指出:“改进轴力法”及“统一解方法”可以较为准确地计算底部框架承担的倾覆力矩;刚度特征值是影响框架层剪力分配的重要指标,框架层剪力调整时框架梁内力可不做调整;现有的大震弹塑性方面的分析结果并不一致,需统一性能指标并加强试验研究。展望了该结构体系有待进一步研究的问题,包括底部框架倾覆力矩的比例界限问题、框架层剪力的实用调整方法,以及新型单重抗侧力体系的研究等。 As a dual lateral force resisting system,frame-shear wall structure has been widely used in recent years.Based on domestic researches on the dual lateral force resisting system of frame-shear wall structure,the achievements in the calculation of overturning moment of frame,the shear adjustment of the frame for the second line of defense,and the elasto-plastic performance during severe earthquake of the frame-shear wall structure were summarized.It is pointed out that the“improved axial force method”and the“unified solution method”can be used to calculate the overturning moment borne by the bottom frame more accurately.Also,the characteristic value of stiffness is an important index affecting the shear assigned to the frame of each floor,and the internal force of frame beam can not be adjusted during the shear adjustment of frame layer.In addition,existing elasto-plastic analysis results of severe earthquake are not consistent,and it is necessary to unify the performance index and carry out more experimental research.Problems that need to be further studied are discussed,including the proportion limit of overturning moment borne by the bottom frame,the practical adjustment method of the shear assigned to the frame of each floor,and the novel single lateral force resisting system,etc.
