职业压力会影响我国高校教师的科研绩效吗——来自元分析的证据 被引量:2

Does Occupational Stress Affect the Research Performance of Chinese University Teachers?-Evidence from a Meta-analysis

摘要 职业压力是否会影响高校教师科研绩效存在不一致研究结论。研究基于国内21项研究的14276个样本对高校教师职业压力与科研绩效的关系进行元分析,并探究了调查地区、科研绩效测量方法等4个变量的调节作用。结果显示:职业压力与科研绩效存在弱冲突效应;考核评聘和职业发展压力对科研绩效的抑制作用显著,其余压力源作用较弱;科研绩效测量方式和抽样时间可以调节两者关系。鉴于此,高校教师要重建积极职业压力观,生发精熟导向应对策略;高校要推行柔性考核管理制度,畅通多元发展路径;国家要督促高校完善综合导向科研绩效评价,落实高校教师队伍综合改革。 There are inconsistent research conclusions on whether occupational stress will affect the scientific research performance of university teachers.Based on 14276 samples from 21 domestic studies,this study conducted a meta-analysis of the relationship between occupational stress and research performance of university teachers,and explored the moderating effects of four variables,including survey area and research performance measurement method.The results showed that there was a weak conflict effect between occupational stress and scientific research performance(r=-0.118).Performance evaluation,promotion,and career development pressure had a significant inhibitory effect on research performance,while other pressure sources had a weak effect.The research performance measurement method and sampling time can moderate the relationship between them.In view of these findings,teachers in colleges and universities should reconstruct the positive view of occupational stress and adopt effective coping strategies.Colleges and universities should carry out flexible assessment management system and provide smooth and diversified development paths.The government should encourage colleges and universities to improve the comprehensive-oriented scientific research performance evaluation method and implement the comprehensive reform of college teachers,so as to mitigate the negative impact of occupational stress on scientific research performance.
