微信平台联合PBL教学法在胃肠道造影教学中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨微信平台联合基于问题式学习(problem-based learning,PBL)在本科生胃肠造影教学中的应用效果研究。方法 选取2021年9月—2022年1月华中科技大学同济医学院第二临床学院接受胃肠造影授课的60名医学影像系本科生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组,两组人数各为30名。对照组采用传统的影像学教学模式,试验组通过利用微信平台与PBL教学法相结合的教学法。教学结束后通过试卷考核学生对胃肠道造影成像原理、常规摄影体位、常见疾病的影像学特征掌握情况,学生对课堂教学、教师的满意度及对课堂内容的兴趣通过调查问卷形式完成。结果通过试卷测试的形式,试验组学生对胃肠造影技术及原理、常规摄影体位、常见疾病的影像学特征掌握均分(87.9±5.2)分,高于对照组(79.4±7.7)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001);试验组学生对课堂教学及教师的满意度(8.2±0.6)分,高于对照组(7.2±0.8)分,对课堂内容的兴趣(8.3±0.5)分,高于对照组(7.0±0.5)分,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.001)。结论 微信平台联合PBL教学法应用于胃肠道造影教学中,能显著提高本科生对专业知识的理解及掌握,增加学生对课堂的学习热情,成为一种有效提高胃肠道造影教学效果的教学方法。 Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat platform combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in undergraduate gastroenterography teaching.Methods A total of 60 undergraduates of the department of medical imaging who received gastrointestinal angiography lessons from the Second Clinical College of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from September 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 30 students in each group.The traditional imaging teaching mode was adopted by the control group,and the teaching method combining WeChat platform and PBL teaching method was adopted by the test group.At the end of the teaching,the students'understanding of the principles of gastroenterography,conventional photographic positions and imaging features of common diseases were assessed through the examination paper.The students'satisfaction with classroom teaching,teacher satisfaction and interest in classroom content were completed through the form of questionnaire.Results According to the test paper,the average score of the test group was(87.9±5.2)points,which was higher than that of the control group(79.4±7.7)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The test group’s satisfaction with classroom teaching and teachers was(8.2±0.6)points,which was higher than the control group's(7.2±0.8)points,and their interest in classroom content was(8.3±0.5)points,which was higher than the control group's(7.0±0.5)points,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion WeChat platform combined with PBL teaching method can significantly improve undergraduate students'understanding and mastery of professional knowledge,increase students'enthusiasm for classroom learning,and become a teaching method to effectively improve the teaching effect of gastroenterography.
