摘要
目的探讨翻转课堂联合微信平台教学法在手外科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月—2021年9月在山东大学齐鲁医院手外科学习的实习医师80名,随机分为两个大组,试验组和对照组,每个大组40名,每个大组随机分成5个小组,每个小组8名。试验组采用翻转课堂联合微信平台教学法,对照组采用授课和临床病例观摩教学法。实习结束后,以调查问卷的形式进行教学效果评估,以学生考试成绩作为客观评价标准,包括理论考试、操作技能考核。对所有数据进行统计学处理。结果试验组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),理论考试、操作技能考试成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手外科临床实习教学过程中,微信平台联合翻转课堂的教学模式,能增加医学生在手外科临床实习中学习的主动性,对提高医学生的临床能力具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with WeChat public platform teaching method in clinical practice teaching of hand surgery.Methods There were 80 interns of our university in 2020—2011 school year.These students had systematically studied relevant basic medical courses by traditional teaching methods.All the students were randomly divided into two groups,including the experimental group and the control group,40 students in each group.And then,each group was randomly divided into 5 groups,8 students in each group.The experimental group used flipped classroom combined with WeChat platform teaching method,and the control group used traditional teaching method.After the end of internship,the teaching effect was evaluated in the forms of questionnaire and the test.The test score included the theoretical test,operational skills test.Data were processed by statistic software.Results The teaching satisfaction of the test group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of theory test and operation skill test were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching process of hand surgery clinical practice,WeChat platform combined with flipped classroom teaching mode can increase the learning initiative of medical students in hand surgery clinical practice,which is of great significance for improving the clinical ability of medical students.
