摘要
目的探讨微信平台下"微助教"的混合式教学法在医学影像学教学中的效果。方法选取100名临床医学专业本科生为研究对象,随机分为微信平台教学组50名和传统教学组50名,对教学实践效果进行评估。结果在教学结束后对两组学生的理论测试成绩、讨论过程表现、医学影像学OSCE客观结构化临床测试成绩进行比较,实验组均优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组学生教学效果满意度调查:实验组满意有41例(82.0%),优于对照组的15例(30.0%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信平台下"微助教"的混合式教学法能够有效激发学生的学习兴趣和提高学业成绩。
Objective To explore the effect of the mixed teaching method of“micro assistant”under the WeChat platform in medical imaging teaching.Methods A total of 100 clinical medical undergraduates were selected and randomly divided into WeChat platform teaching group(50)and traditional teaching method group(50).The effect of teaching practice was evaluated.Results After the end of the teaching,the results of the theoretical test,the performance of the discussion and the OSCE objective structured clinical test of the medical imaging OSCE were compared.All the experimental groups were superior to the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups of students satisfaction survey of teaching effect:the experimental group had a good satisfaction in 41 cases(82.0%),which was superior to the traditional teaching group in 15 cases(30.0%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The mixed teaching method of“micro assistant”under WeChat platform can effectively stimulate students'interest in learning and improve their academic performance.
