摘要
食品安全关乎人们的身体健康与生命安全,食品检验检测对于确保食品安全至关重要。基于此,本文围绕食品安全问题及食品检测技术开展研究,简要分析了常见的食品安全问题及原因,包括微生物污染、农药污染及施肥不当、添加剂污染等食品问题,对食品检测技术进行了概述,并结合实际提出促进食品检测技术应用的措施,以供参考。
Food safety is related to people’s physical health and life safety,and food inspection and testing are crucial to ensuring food safety.Based on this,this article conducts research on food safety issues and food testing technologies,briefly analyzing common food safety issues and their causes,including microbial pollution,pesticide pollution and improper fertilization,additive pollution,and other food issues.An overview of food testing technology is provided,and measures to promote the application of food testing technology are proposed based on actual situations for reference.
