高职院校内部治理的边际效应与要素调适

The Marginal Effect of Internal Governance and Adjustment of Elements in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 高职院校内部治理是推动“办学要素投入—效能产出”的主要方式,这一过程并非是线性结构,而是存在明显的边际效应。根据边际理论,把控边际并扩大边际效应是高职院校内部治理效能提升的手段,由此提出影响边际效应的五大因素,以及当前存在的边际效应递减与矮化现象。实现边际扩容,高职院校应加快进行结构调适、机制改革、主体建设与技术赋能,持续增强内部治理效能,构建现代治理体系。 The internal governance of higher vocational colleges is the main way to promote the input-output efficiency of school elements.This process is not a linear structure,but has obvious marginal effects.According to the marginal theory,controlling the margin and expanding the marginal effect are the means to improve the internal governance efficiency of higher vocational colleges.Five factors affecting the marginal effect are proposed,as well as the current diminishing and dwarfing marginal effects.To achieve marginal expansion,higher vocational colleges should speed up structural adjustment,mechanism reform,main body construction and technological empowerment,continue to enhance internal governance efficiency,and build a modern governance system.
