摘要
针对国内铁路及机场领域用锚固胶技术的不足,进行了高性能注射式锚固胶的制备及性能研究,研究了不同固化剂组成以及稀释剂用量下,锚固胶的低温施工性能和力学性能。结果表明:采用改性脂肪胺类固化剂与改性酚醛胺类固化剂复配、活性稀释剂用量为环氧树脂质量的35%时,锚固胶在5℃低温环境下,挤胶轻松,24 h约束拉拔强度16.8 MPa,劈裂抗拉强度19.4 MPa,抗弯强度100 MPa,抗压强度121 MPa,热变形温度66.5℃,符合高铁及机场领域用锚固胶的高性能要求。
In response to the technical shortcomings of anchoring adhesives used in the domestic railway and airport fields,the preparation and performance research of high performance injection anchorage adhesive are carried out.By studying the construction performance of anchor adhesive and the mechanical properties of anchor adhesive under different curing agent compositions and diluent addition,high performance injection anchorage adhesive which can meet the performance requirements of high-speed rail and airport fields has been developed.The results show that using a combination of modified fatty amine curing agent and modified phenolic amine curing agent,with the addition of 35% epoxy resin mass fraction active diluent,the anchoring adhesive is easily extruded in a low temperature environment of 5℃,the 24 hour restrained tensile strength is 16.8 MPa,the splitting tensile strength is 19.4 MPa,the bending strength is 100 MPa,the compressive strength is 121 MPa,and the HDT is 66.5℃,which meets the high-performance requirements of anchoring adhesive for high-speed rail and airport applications.
