摘要
高性能环氧锚固胶由甲、乙双组份构成,甲组份以环氧树脂为主体原料,乙组份以改性芳香胺和自制改性聚酰胺为主体原料。考察了环氧树脂、无机填料以及固化剂的选择与复配对锚固胶性能的影响。测试结果表明:锚固胶的拉伸强度可达43.8 MPa、压缩强度103.5 MPa、弯曲强度105.5 MPa、剪切强度26.6 MPa,主要力学性能均符合工程加固材料安全应用标准;玻璃化转变温度Tg为85℃左右;能耐25%的硫酸和25%的NaOH;在低于370℃时,质量保留率达87.5%以上。因此,该锚固胶具有优良的力学性能、耐腐蚀性、耐老化性及热稳定性。
High performance epoxy anchoring adhesive was made up of two components. One component was mainly composed of epoxy resin,and the other component was mainly composed of the mixture by modified aromatic amine and home-made modified polyamide. The influence of selection and compound of epoxy resin, inorganic filler, curing agent on the anchor adhesive performance was investigated. The test results showed that tensile strength, compressed strength,bending stresses,shear strength of epoxy anchoring adhesive can reach 43.8,103.5,105.5 and 26.6 MPa, respectively. The performance of the adhesive meets the engineering reinforcement material safety standards. Its glass transition temperature was high up to about 85 ℃. It also had a high quality retention rate of 87,5% under 370 ℃. In conclusion, it possessed excellent mechanical property,resistance against 25% sulfuric acid and basic,aging resistance and thermal stability.
