摘要
选用816环氧树脂、复合改性固化剂、助剂、填料和改性天然植物纤维,开发出适用于港工预应力混凝土大管桩梁体分段预制拼装中使用的HLC-LZ建筑结构胶。试验结果表明,HLC-LZ建筑结构胶涂层厚度为4mm时无流挂,25℃适用期为70min,1 d、14 d抗压强度分别为44.4 MPa、91.9 MPa,14 d正拉粘结强度为14.2 MPa,14 d粘结抗拉强度为39.4 MPa,性能符合JTS 167-6—2011《港口工程后张法预应力混凝土大管桩设计与施工规程》中对混凝土大管桩梁干接头粘结剂的性能要求。
Chooses 816 epoxy, composite modified curing agents, additives, packing and modified natural plant fiber to develop the HLC-LZ building structural adhesive, suitable for port engineering large diameter post tensioned prestress concrete cylinder pile in the section prestressed assembly in use. The experimental results showed that:when the thickness of HLC-LZ building structural adhesive coating is more than 4mm, it has no flow hang, the applicable time under 25 ℃ is 70rain, 1 d compressive strength is 44.4 MPa, 14d compressive strength is 91.1 MPa, 14 d of the bonding strength is 14.2 MPa, 14 d of bonding tensile strength is 39.4 MPa, performance of HLC-LZ meets the performance requirements of dry joint adhesive in standard JTS 167-6-2011"Port engineering technical code of design and construction for large diameter post tensioned prestress concrete cylinder pile".
