磷酸镁水泥砂浆与混凝土的锚固粘结性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对目前建筑加固领域中植筋锚固技术可用的无机锚固剂种类较少,提出用磷酸镁水泥作为一种新型的锚固剂。通过掺加粉煤灰对磷酸镁水泥粘结性能进行改善,研究了锚固钢筋的拉拔和反复加载卸载力学性能,以及与普通混凝土之间的界面微观形貌。试验结果表明,磷酸镁水泥砂浆锚固钢筋的28d拉拔强度最大,并且比无机锚固剂组和有机锚固剂组分别高5%和13%;从界面的微观形貌可以看出,磷酸镁水泥砂浆与普通混凝土之间同时存在物理结合和化学结合,可以作为一种新型无机锚固剂。 In view of the lack of inorganic anchorage agents in the field of building reinforcement and anchoring technology, magnesium phosphate cement is proposed as a new anchoring agent. The adhesive property of magnesium phosphate cement is improved by adding fly ash. The drawing properties and repeated loading and unloading properties of anchoring steel bars with magnesium phosphate cement mortar were studied, and the micro-morphology of the interface between magnesium phosphate cement mortar and concrete was studied. From the results of drawing test, it can be seen that the 28 d drawing strength of anchoring steel bar with magnesium phosphate cement mortar is the highest, and it is 5% and 13% higher than that of inorganic anchoring agent group and organic anchoring agent group, respectively. Moreover, from the microscopic interface between magnesium phosphate cement mortar and concrete, it can be seen that there are physical bonding and chemical bonding between magnesium phosphate cement mortar and concrete at the same time, and it is very beneficial as a new type of inorganic anchoring agent.
