摘要
课程思政建设不仅担负着为党育人、为国育才的历史使命,而且承载着引导大学生政治成人、精神成长的时代重任。地方高校课程思政建设,在各级各类项目化政策推动下,在实现“量的增长”的同时,思想认识偏颇、责任主体不明确、与学科专业建设分离、组织协同软弱、师生自主性不强、教育教学评价缺失等问题逐步凸显。全面激活党政领导共谋共抓、教务等部门协同实施、二级学院组织落实、师生共同参与等要素,坚持系统性、融通性、学生主体性原则,建构课程思政组织领导、管理运行、激励评价融合式制度体系,力推地方高校课程思政由“项目化推进”向“制度体系建构”转型发展。
Curriculum ideological and political construction not only bears the historical mission of educating people for the Party and the country,but also undertakes the important task of guiding college students to grow up politically and spiritually.Under the promotion of all kinds of project policies at all levels,the curriculum ideological and political construction in local colleges and universities has achieved"quantitative growth".At the same time,some problems have gradually become prominent,such as biased ideological understanding,unclear responsibility subject,separation from discipline and professional construction,weak organization and cooperation,weak autonomy of tea-chers and students,and lack of education and teaching evaluation.We should fully activate the elements of joint efforts of the Party and the government leaders,the collaborative implementation of educational administration and other departments,the organization and implementation of secondary colleges,and the participation of teachers and students,adhere to the principles of systematism,integration and students′subjectivity,and construct an integrated system of curriculum ideological and political organization,leadership,management and operation,incentive and evaluation,and promote the transformation and development of local colleges and universities′curriculum ideological and political education from"project promotion"to"institution system construction".
