摘要
解决复杂工程问题是工程教育专业认证、一流课程建设的核心要求。该文以水文与水资源工程专业水文预报课程为例,从课程定位、存在问题入手,并结合OBE理念、课程思政进行课程顶层设计,实现教师、课程和学生之间的良性互动。通过确定课程复杂工程问题,挖掘课程思政元素,实现知识传授、能力培养和价值教育的互通互融。针对价值教育在考核中体现不足的问题,设计了针对不同课程目标的考核方法,并结合具体情况实现有针对性的持续提升与改进。“OBE理念+课程思政”的教学探索为专业其他课程提供了实施路径参考,旨在培养我国当代工程领域应用型人才。
Solving complex engineering problems is the core requirement of engineering education professional certification and first-class curriculum construction.Taking the course of Hydrologic Forecasting in hydrology and water resources engineering specialty as an example,this paper constructed the top-level curriculum design to realize the positive interaction among teachers,courses and students.The curriculum design started from the course orientation and existing problems,and combined the Outcome Based Education(OBE)concept and ideological and political education.By identifying the complex engineering problems of the curriculum and exploring the ideological and political elements of the curriculum,the mutual integration of knowledge teaching,ability training and value education can be realized.In view of the insufficient reflection of value education in the assessment,the assessment methods for different curriculum objectives were designed.Furthermore,targeted continuous improvement was also achieved based on specific situations.The teaching exploration of“OBE concept and ideological and political education”provides a reference for the implementation of other courses to cultivate application-oriented talents in China’s contemporary engineering fields.
