摘要
课程思政是高校思想政治工作中的“三块硬骨头”之一,高校工科课程思政的开展是高校课程思政推进过程中的难点。选取同济大学土木工程学院为样本进行调研,发现高校工科课程思政面临顶层设计尚待完善、受重视程度不足、专业教育和思政教育存在较大张力、专业课教师对课程思政存在认知偏差、学生多元化发展增加了课程思政工作复杂性等现实困境。总结该学院在学生培养、课程建设、队伍建设、考核评价方面积累的既有经验,提出优化高校工科课程思政效果的路径为:加深对工科课程思政的重视程度、提升高校教师考核体系的科学性和全面性、增强工科专业教育与思政教育的粘连性、引导专业课教师理解课程思政概念的包容性和发展性、实现学生专业能力和综合能力培养的内聚性和耦合性。
Curriculum ideology and politics is one of the “three hard bones”in the ideological and political work of colleges and universities,and the development of engineering curriculum ideology and politics in colleges and universities is a difficult point in the process of promoting curriculum ideology and politics in college and university.This paper selects the School of Civil Engineering of Tongji University as a sample for investigation,and it is found that the top-level design of the engineering curriculum ideology and politics in colleges and universities has yet to be improved,the degree of attention is insufficient,there is a tension in professional education and ideological and political education,there is also a cognitive bias of professional course teachers on curriculum ideology and politics,and the diversified development of students increases the complexity of curriculum ideological and political work.Summarizing the existing experience accumulated by the School of Civil Engineering of the university in student training,curriculum construction,team building,assessment and evaluation,this paper puts forward the following paths to improve the effectiveness of engineering curriculum ideology and politics in colleges and universities:pay more attention to the engineering curriculum ideology and politics,improve the scientificity and comprehensiveness of the assessment system of university teachers,enhance the stickiness of engineering education and ideological and political education,guide professional teachers to understand the inclusiveness and development of the concept of curriculum ideology and politics,and trealize the cohesion and coupling of the cultivation of students'professional ability and comprehensive ability.
