摘要
目的:探讨开塞露联合加减黄芪汤在气虚型老年功能性便秘患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—6月于靖西市中医医院就诊的老年功能性便秘患者100例为观察对象,随机分对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组使用开塞露治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予加减黄芪汤。比较两组患者便秘发作情况、生活质量评分及不良反应情况。结果:治疗期间14d内,观察组便秘频率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015);停药后30d内,观察组便秘发作频率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012);观察组饮食、作息、情绪、躯体评分及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未见不良反应。结论:气虚型老年功能性便秘临床中应用开塞露联合加减黄芪汤可有效改善功能性便秘症状,降低复发率,提升患者生活质量,具有相应的临床应用价值。
Objective:To investigate the effect of glycerine enema combined with Jiajianhuangqi Decoction in elderly patients with functional constipation of Qi deficiency.Methods:A total of one hundred elderly patients with functional constipation who were treated in Jingxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to June 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with fifty cases in each group.The control group was treated with glycerine enema,and the observation group was given Jiajianhuangqi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The onset of constipation,quality of life score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:During 14 days of treatment,the frequency of constipation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015);Within 30 days after drug withdrawal,the constipation attack frequency in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012);The diet,rest,mood,body scores and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);No adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion:The clinical application of glycerine enema combined with Jiajianhuangqi Decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of functional constipation,reduce the recurrence rate and improve the quality of life of patients,which has the corresponding clinical application value.
