摘要
目的:观察加减黄芪汤治疗气虚型老年功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年3月-2020年2月本院收治的350例老年气虚型功能性便秘患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各175例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组应用中药自拟加减黄芪汤治疗,分析两组的中医症候评分、生活质量评分、临床疗效及停药8、16周便秘的复发率。结果:治疗后,两组中医症候评分均低于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率97.71%高于对照组92.57%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的心理状态、社会心理、担忧及满意度评分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。停药8、16周后,观察组的FC复发率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加减黄芪汤治疗气虚型老年功能性便秘临床疗效确切,改善中医症候,提高生活质量,且复发率低,安全性较高。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly with qi deficiency.Method:A total of 350 elderly patients with functional constipation of qi deficiency treated in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2020 were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,175 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Modified Huangqi Decoction.The TCM symptom score,quality of life score,clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of constipation were analyzed.Result:After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were lower than before treatment,the observation group was better than the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.71%,it was higher than 92.57%of the control group,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of psychological state,social psychology,worry and satisfaction in both groups were lower than before treatment,the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).After 8 and 16 weeks of drug withdrawal,the recurrence rate of FC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Huangqi Decoction has a positive effect in treating elderly functional constipation of qi deficiency type.It can improve the symptoms of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine,improve the quality of life,and has low recurrence rate and high safety.
