摘要
目的 探讨加味黄芪汤治疗气虚型便秘的临床效果。方法 选取2020年12月—2021年12月于北京市顺义区仁和镇卫生院就诊的气虚型慢性便秘患者73例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(36例)与观察组(37例),前者予以乳果糖口服溶液,后者予以加味黄芪汤,12周后对比2组中医证候疗效评价、平均每周自发完全排便次数、随访及用药安全。结果 在中医证候疗效评定、平均每周自发完全排便次数方面观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗结束3个月后,观察组达到治愈标准的21例中有16例无需服通便药能够保持临床痊愈状态,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组用药安全方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 加味黄芪汤治疗气虚型便秘有较好的临床效果,且远期效果良好。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of modified Huangqi decoction in the treatment of constipation of qi deficiency type.Methods 73 patients with chronic constipation of qi deficiency type treated in Renhe Town Health Center of Shunyi District from December 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group(36 cases)and observation group(37 cases).The former was given lactulose oral solution,and the latter was given modified Huangqi decoction.After 12 weeks,the efficacy evaluation of TCM syndromes,the average number of spontaneous complete defecation per week,follow-up and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group was better than the control group in the evaluation of TCM syndrome efficacy and the average number of spontaneous complete defecation per week(P<0.05).Three months after the end of treatment,16 of the 21 people in the observation group who reached the cure standard could maintain the clinical recovery without taking laxative,which was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in drug safety between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Huangqi decoction has a good clinical effect on constipation of qi deficiency type,and has long long-term effect.
