虚拟情景互动训练对运动障碍性疾病患儿运动功能、平衡能力及生活质量的影响

摘要 目的探讨虚拟情景互动训练对运动障碍性疾病患儿运动功能、平衡能力及生活质量的影响。方法选取2022年2月至2023年1月我院收治的80例运动障碍性疾病患儿,随机分为观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用虚拟情景互动训练。两组均连续干预4周。比较两组患儿的运动功能、平衡能力以及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组粗大运动功能量表(GMFM)-D、GMFM-E、Berg平衡量表(BBS)及生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论虚拟情景互动训练可有效改善运动障碍性疾病患儿的运动功能与平衡能力,提升其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the impact of virtual scene interactive training on motor function,balance ability and quality of life in children with motor disorders.Methods 80 children with motor disorders admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given the virtual scene interactive training on the basis of the control group.Both groups received continuous intervention for 4 weeks.The motor function,balance ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of gross motor function measure(GMFM)-D,GMFM-E,Berg balance scale(BBS)and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Virtual scene interactive training can effectively improve the motor function and balance ability of children with motor disorders,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
