摘要
目的探讨情景互动式模拟训练对脑瘫患儿肢体功能和智力发育的影响。方法选取经实验室、脑电图、脑CT等检查符合诊断标准的脑性瘫痪患儿115例,采用随机平行对照法将患儿分为对照组57例和观察组58例,对照组给予神经发育促进技术联合推拿治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合情景互动式模拟训练治疗。观察并比较两组患儿治疗后肢体功能,社会生活能力,关节活动度以及智力水平的改善效果。结果观察组患儿治疗后内收肌角、胭绳角、足背屈角分别为(99.73±17.16)°、(132.01±12.11)°、(78.02±8.06)°,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后ADL评分、FMA评分及中国韦氏儿童智力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景互动式模拟训练能改善脑瘫患儿的关节活动度,提高其肢体运动功能和日常生活能力,有利于患儿的智力发育。
Objective To investigate the effects of situational interactive simulation training on limb function and intelligence development in children with cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 115 children with cerebral palsy who met the diagnostic criteria and examined by laboratory examination, electroencephalogram and brain CT were selected and divided into two groups, with 57 cases in the control group and 58 cases in the observation group by random parallel control. The patients in the control group were given neurodevelopmental promotion combined with massage therapy. The patients in the observation group were treated with scene interactive simulation training on the basis of the control group. The improvement of limb function, social life ability, joint activity and intelligence level of two groups after treatment were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the adductor angle, the rouge angle and the dorsal flexion angle of the children in the observation group were (99.73 ±17.16) °, ( 132.01 ± 12. 11 )°, (78.02 ± 8.06)°respectively, which were superior to those in the control group. The ditterences were significant ( P 〈 0.05). The ADL score, FMA score and the Chinese Wechsler intelligence score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were sig- nificant (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions Situational interactive simulation training can improve the degree of joint activity in children with cerebral palsy, improve their physical function and daily life ability, which is beneficial to the mental development of children.
