摘要
目的评价心理康复护理对初诊更年期女性妇科肿瘤合并糖尿病患者围手术期的护理效果。方法选取64例初诊更年期女性妇科肿瘤合并糖尿病患者,按照奇偶法分为对照组与观察组,各32例。对照组采用传统护理,观察组采用心理康复护理。比较两组护理效果。结果护理前,两组患者负面心理评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者负面心理评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论初诊更年期女性妇科肿瘤合并糖尿病患者应用心理康复护理后,预后效果显著,可有效缓解患者负面心理,改善生活质量,值得临床应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of psychological rehabilitation nursing on perioperative nursing of newly diagnosed menopausal women with gynecological tumor complicated with diabetes.Methods 64 newly diagnosed menopausal women with gynecological tumors and diabetes mellitus were divided into control group and observation group according to parity method,32 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing,the observation group received psychological rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in negative psychological scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the negative psychological score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After applying psychological rehabilitation nursing to menopausal women with gynecological tumor complicated with diabetes,the prognostic effect is remarkable,which can effectively alleviate the negative psychology of patients and improve the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application.
