摘要
目的:探讨2型糖尿病对子宫内膜癌的影响。方法:回顾性分析旺旺医院2005年至2010年间25例子宫内膜癌病例资料,分析合并有糖尿病的子宫内膜癌患者在肿瘤患病率、分期、预后等方面与未合并糖尿病的患者间的差异。结果:合并糖尿病的子宫内膜癌患者诊断时更多属于Ⅲ期;合并糖尿病的子宫内膜癌患者中体质量指数多为超重,同时血糖控制不佳;合并糖尿病的肿瘤患者的3年生存率明显短于未合并糖尿病患者。结论:糖尿病人群的子宫内膜癌的患病率较高,且肿瘤分期晚,预后不良。
Objective： To Investigate the influence of Type 2 diabetes on endometrial cancer stage, and overall survial rate among endometrial cancer patients. Methods： Clinical data for 25 patients with endometrial cancer were retrospectively analyzed. The prevalence rate, cancer stage, and overall survival rate were compared between endometrial cancer patients complicated with Type 2 diabetes and those without Type 2 diabetes. Results： More cancer patients with diabetes were found to at Stage Ill by the time of cancer diagnosis. The survival rate at 3 year in endometrial cancer patients with diabetes was significantly reduced compared with those patients without diabetes. More cancer patients with diabetes had body mass index 〉26 kg/m2 and higher blood sugar levels than those without diabetes. Conclusion： The prevalence of endometrial cancer in patieats with diabetes is higher than in those without diabetes, and is associated with a later stage of cancer and a poor prognosis.
