基于ANSYS Workbench 的某型航空发动机用截止阀冲击故障的分析 被引量:2

摘要 某型航空发动机在试验过程中,发生一处重要零件截止阀断裂的现象。为了分析故障产生的原因,以截止阀为研究对象,用Solidworks2016软件创建三维实体模型,导入有限元软件ANSYSWorkbench对其进行模态仿真分析,得到了截止阀的前六阶模态频率,进行了模拟瞬间冲击作用下的响应谱分析,得到X、Y、Z方向等效应力云图。结果表明,在阀本体和法兰盘结合处位置承受Z方向(垂直)应力过大,造成截止阀断裂,找到了冲击故障的原因,证明该结构设计存在问题应予以优化改进。 During the test of a certain type of aero-engine,an important part of the cut-off valve broke.In order to analyze the causes of failure,the cut-off valve as the research object,we created a three-dimensional solid model with Solidworks2016 software,imported the finite element software ANSYS Workbench for modal simulation analysis,obtained the first six modal frequencies of the cut-off valve,and carried out response spectrum analysis under the simulated instantaneous impact.The equivalent stress of X,Y,Z and direction was obtained.The results show that the excessive Z-direction(vertical)stress at the junction of the valve body and flange causes the cut-off valve to break,and the cause of impact failure is found,which proves that there are problems in the design of the structure should be optimized and improved.
