摘要
动频是涡喷发动机涡轮设计计算的难点和关键之一。基于ANSYS软件,计算了某涡喷发动机的涡轮结构的动频及模态。计算结果满足该涡喷发动机的动力学设计要求,涡喷发动机启动后未发生共振,并且振动水平较小,表明该涡喷发动机涡轮动频计算的正确性。
Dynamic frequency is one of the difficult and key points in the design and calculation of turbo jet engine. The dynamic frequency and modal analysis of the turbine structure of a turbojet engine are calculated based on the ANSYS software. The calculation results meet the design requirements for the dynamics of the turbojet engine. There is no resonance, and the vibration amplitude value was small after the start of the turbojet engine, which indicates that the calculation of dy- namic frequency on the turbine is correct.
