摘要
为增强汽车装配四柱升降机支撑结构的稳定性,提出一种以拓扑优化设计为创意原型的渐进式迭代设计流程。设计了升降机结构初始方案,利用有限元分析软件对初始设计方案中的支撑结构进行了非线性屈曲分析,得到总变形和等效应力云图,确定了支撑结构中需加固设计的空间;采用拓扑优化软件Inspire对加固件进行拓扑优化设计,以设计结果为创意原型,拓展出3种结构变型方案,并对其进行静力学分析,优选出最终方案。通过模态分析计算,验证了新型支撑结构可满足工况要求,具有足够的承重能力和稳定性。
In order to enhance the stability of the support structure of the four column elevator for automobile assembly,a progressive iterative design process is proposed using topology optimization design as a creative prototype.The initial scheme of the elevator structure is designed.In order to obtain the total deformation and equivalent force cloud diagram,the nonlinear buckling of support structure is analyzed by ANSYS.The design space to be reinforced in the supporting structure is determined.The components that need to be reinforced are topologically optimized by Inspire.Using optimized results as creative prototypes,three variant design schemes of structure are developed and used for statics analysis to select the final design scheme.The results indicate that the new support structure can meet the requirements of working conditions and has sufficient load-bearing capacity through modal analysis.
