摘要
工程机械作为装备制造领域重要的基础建设工具,其人机工程设计质量对生产效率及安全的影响较为重要。为在工程机械装备设计阶段及时进行人机工效验证,避免试制风险,针对工程机械装备虚拟现实人机工程设计的方法进行了研究。通过对相关文献搜索整理与对比分析,梳理了近年来利用虚拟现实技术进行工程机械装备人机工程设计的研究成果,分析了工程机械装备驾驶舱内和驾驶舱外虚拟人机工程设计的研究内容,总结了基于虚拟现实的工程机械装备人机工程设计方法,为该领域的设计研究提供参考。
As an important infrastructure tool in the field of equipment manufacturing,the quality of ergonomic design is of great importance to production efficiency and safety. In order to perform ergonomic verification in time during the design process of engineering machinery products and avoid trial production risks,the ergonomic design method of engineering machinery products had been studied using virtual reality technology. Through the collection and collation of relevant literatures and comparative analysis,recent research results of ergonomic design on engineering machinery products using virtual reality technology had been analyzed. The study content of virtual ergonomic design inside and outside cockpit of engineering machinery products was analyzed.The method of engineering machinery products ergonomic design based on virtual reality technology was summarized,which provided relative references for the design in this field.
