摘要
教师队伍数字化转型作为教育数字化转型的重要组成部分,是教师队伍为了顺应教育数字化发展而自我成长的过程,在建构高质量教育体系、推进教师队伍数字化发展和培养新时代数字化人才等方面具有重要价值。目前来看,我国教师队伍数字化转型尚处于理念提出阶段,在理论研究、内核阐明与发展规划等方面有待进一步思考。教育现象学以回到事物本身为本体论,以悬置与还原教学活动为方法论,以提升教育机智为实践论,以凸显人文情怀为价值论,能够为教师队伍数字化发展提供重要启示与实践逻辑。有鉴于此,教育现象学视角下教师队伍数字化转型的破解之道可以从洞见症结出发,完善顶层设计以引领教师队伍数字化转型方向,回归教师本体以定位教师队伍数字化转型角色,直面教学活动以探索教师队伍数字化转型新模式,培养教育机智以提升教师队伍数字化转型胜任力,塑造数字人格以培育教师队伍数字化转型素养,打造适合教师队伍数字化发展的“有温度”的新生态,实现培养学生数字能力的教育目标。
As an important part of the digital transformation of education,the digital transformation of the teaching force is a selfgrowth process of the teaching force in order to comply with the digital development of education,which is of great value in constructing a high-quality education system,advancing the digital development of the teaching force,and cultivating digital talents in the new era.At present,the digital transformation of China's teaching force is still at the stage of conceptualization,and there is room for further reflection on theoretical research,kernel clarification and development planning.Phenomenological Pedagogy takes returning to the thing itself as its ontology,suspending and restoring teaching activities as its methodology,enhancing educational wit as its practice theory,and highlighting humanistic feelings as its axiology,can provide important inspiration and practical logic for the digital development of the teaching force.In view of this,the solutions to the digital transformation of the teaching force from the perspective of phenomenological pedagogy can start from the Symptoms,improving the top-level design to lead the direction of digital transformation of the teaching force,returning to the body of teachers to position the role of digital transformation of the teaching force,facing the teaching activities to explore the new mode of digital transformation of the teaching force,cultivating the educational resourcefulness to improve the competence of digital transformation of the teaching force,and shaping the digital personality to cultivate the digital transformation literacy of the teaching force,so as to create a new ecosystem with"temperature"suitable for the digital development of the teaching force and realize the educational goal of cultivating students'digital competence.
