摘要
随着生产生活秩序的恢复,河南坚持稳字当头、以稳促进、以进固稳,全力以赴拼经济,2023年上半年,全省经济运行呈现出“持续恢复、稳中向好”的发展态势。2023年下半年,面对有效需求不足、部分企业经营困难、外部环境复杂等因素的制约,河南将深入贯彻党中央、国务院的决策部署,扎实推进“三个一批”建设,持续做好“万人助万企”活动,不断强化“四个拉动”,做好就业、民生和防风险等工作。总体判断:2023年河南经济将保持恢复态势,发展质量不断提高,能够实现地区生产总值6%以上的增长目标。
After the adjustment of epidemic prevention and control policies and restoration of production and living order,Henan adheres to the principle of stability as the top priority,promotes stability through progress,solidifies stability,and make great efforts to fight for the economy.In the first half of 2023,the economic operation of the province showed a trend of“sustained recovery,stability and improvement”.In the second half of 2023,facing the constraints of insufficient effective demand,difficulties in the operation of some enterprises,complex external environment and other factors,Henan will thoroughly implement the central decision and deployment,solidly promote the“Three Batches”construction,continue to do a good job in the“Thousands People Help Thousands Enterprises”activity,continue to strengthen the“Four Pulls”,and do a good job in employment,people’s livelihood and risk prevention.Overall,in 2023,Henan’s economy will maintain a recovery trend,continuously improve the quality of development,and smoothly achieve the growth target of over 6%.
