摘要
针对低压铸造缓速器壳体油道较多的结构特点,通过采用多浇道进料浇注系统、托盘砂芯与油道砂芯组芯后整体下芯,以及对制芯工艺、浇注工艺和模具结构等优化措施。试验表明,铸件X射线探伤及T6热处理后力学性能等检测结果均满足技术要求,为生产合格铸件提供保障。
In view of the structural characteristics of low pressure casting retarder shell with many oil channels,the optimization measures of core making process,pouring process and mold structure were adopted by using multi-runner feeding system,core formation of tray sand core and oil channel sand core.The test results show that the X-ray flaw detection and mechanical properties of the casting after T6 heat treatment meet the technical requirements,and provide guarantee for the production of qualified castings.
